This past week I was fortunate enough to be selected as an Editor’s Pick (!) for the Money Hacks Carnival 68 – Stanley Cup Edition hosted at Financial Highway.   Thanks, Ray, for the pick!  What an honor!  And check out Ray’s new site design and let him know what you think. 

I was also very humbled to learn that my unsolicited post entitled A Few Minutes with Personal Finance Genius Rich Livingston was selected by Political Calculations as one of the ten best articles from across the personal finance blogosphere for the week of June 5th as part of their weekly “On the Moneyed Midways” feature!   Note to Political Calculations:  Thanks guys, and you aren’t alone.  When it comes to this personal finance blogging stuff, nobody outside of my immediate family has ever heard of me either.

Last week I introduced My Shameless RSS Experiment.  The Good: I have doubled the number of my RSS subscribers.  The Bad:  I didn’t reach my goal of passing 100 subscribers yet.  The Ugly:  Well, at least I’m in double-digit territory for the first time.  lol
