Baker is a legend. Read that post earlier this week and was thrilled and depressed.

Thrilled because it’s so useful, and genuinely fires you up. Depressed because I don’t if I can carve out that time for my blog, and thus may be doomed to languish in (brilliant — ha!) obscurity.
